Ameer Hamza Dahar M.D., Mph

Ameer Hamza Dahar MD, MPH, currently serves as the Program Manager for the South LA Site at the Men's Health Foundation, a position held since June 2020, after progressing through roles as Program Coordinator and Outreach and Testing Specialist. Previous experience includes roles as Health Center Operations Instructor at Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Education Coordinator and Evaluation Specialist at Planned Parenthood California Central Coast, and various positions at Foundation Laboratory, California State University, Northridge, APLA Health & Wellness, and Bristol Optometry. Ameer holds a Master of Public Health from California State University, Northridge, a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Havana, and a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate from the California School of Health Sciences, complementing a solid educational background in community health and medicine.
