Anita Babu

Anita Babu has diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2022, they started working at Mensa Brands, where they hold the position of People and Culture. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from January to May 2022. In 2021, Anita worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Cheenta from August to October. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Executive at O2Saver Private Limited from May to July. In 2021, they also worked as a Hiring Executive at Tutedude from February to March. In 2020, Anita worked as a Content Developer at SciComm from August to October. Additionally, they undertook social work activities at DHISHA, where they coordinated fundraising projects, participated in interview panels, and filed online petitions against social issues from August to September 2020.

Anita Babu completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Christ University, Bangalore from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from the same university from 2017 to 2020. Anita completed their Pre University education at Christ Junior College from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Anita attended Christ School in India from 2003 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Anita Babu has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the "INTRODUCTION TO RESEARCH ETHICS: WORKING WITH PEOPLE" course from the University of Leeds through FutureLearn. In 2020, they obtained certifications in "Data Science Math Skills," "Quantitative Methods," "Introduction to Psychology," "Introduction to Research for Essay Writing," "Organizational Behavior: How to Manage People," and "Qualitative Research Methods" through Coursera. Anita also completed the "Advanced Writing" course on Coursera in 2020. Furthermore, Anita Babu obtained certifications in "Labour and social welfare" and "Life Skills" from Christ University, Bangalore in 2018 and 2017 respectively.
