Shailendra Rai serves as the Head of Ops and Home Business at Mensa Brands since June 2025. Shailendra holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Department Of Management Studies IIT (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (2007-2011).
