Tom Cosgrave

Tom Cosgrave is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory management and digital operations. Currently serving as Regulatory Manager at the Mental Health Commission IRL since January 2021, Tom focuses on regulatory enforcement, compliance monitoring, and data analysis within the mental health sector. Previous roles include Divisional Support Officer and Administrator at the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, and Head of Digital and Head of Operations at Oathello, a mobile app aimed at connecting lawyers for on-demand document swearing. Tom also held significant positions such as COO of the Houses of the Oireachtas and Director of Elections for Michael D. Higgins' presidential campaign. An LLB (Hons) graduate in Irish Law from the University of the West of England and Griffith College Dublin, Tom brings a blend of legal knowledge and technical expertise to each role.
