Alistair Crawford

Alistair Crawford has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Alistair is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Mental Health Innovations since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Consultant at Orchard Consulting Services Limited starting from 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hooke London. Alistair also held the position of Director of Learning and Practice at Place2Be in 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Crisis Text Line from 2019 to 2020 and at Mental Health Innovations from 2018 to 2019. Before transitioning into the mental health sector, Alistair had a successful career in the Royal Navy, holding roles such as Carrier Strike Group, Helicopter Operations Officer, Broader Middle East Aviation Operations and Safety Manager, 815 Naval Air Squadron Operations Officer, and Helicopter Pilot and Flight Commander.

Alistair Crawford completed their Executive MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Leadership and Management from the University of Portsmouth in 2015 and 2016. Alistair also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they have a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Executive Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
