Neema Moraveji is the Head of Product Science at Spire Health since July 2013, where leadership involves a predictive continuous respiratory monitor aimed at predicting acute clinical events and reducing hospitalization rates, a product of significance after the company's acquisition by Wellinks. Additionally, Neema co-founded a consumer product that predicts the user's state of mind, which is available in all Apple Retail stores. As a seed investor, Neema is involved with FORWARD Platform and Mentava. Previous experience includes roles as an HCI Researcher and Lecturer at Stanford University, and as an HCI Researcher at Google. Neema also served as Lead Product Manager at Microsoft, where notable achievements include the invention and shipping of Microsoft Mouse Mischief. Academic credentials comprise a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction from Stanford University, an MS in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, along with participation in Y Combinator.
