Kamal Amirneni

Kamal Amirneni is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Nursing Assistant in Oncology at Baptist Health System KY & IN and as a Public Health Intern at Shawnee Christian Healthcare Center since February 2023. Additionally, Kamal is a Youth Advisory Council Member for the National Mentoring Resource Center, focusing on amplifying youth voices in the mentoring field through webinars and resource sharing. Previous experience includes a role as an NIH R25 Cancer Research Trainee at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and co-founding KART Tutoring, which offered personalized tutoring services for K-12 students. Kamal is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Louisville, following graduation from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
