Xavier-Henri Hervé

Xavier-Henri Hervé is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in innovation and business development. As Co-founder and Member of the Board of Administration at V1 Studio since October 2017, Xavier-Henri focuses on connecting industry partners to facilitate startup innovation. Concurrently, Xavier-Henri co-founded MentorConnect Montreal in October 2020 and has been involved with Dahouet & Co. since January 2012, providing open innovation expertise and strategy consulting. At District 3 Innovation, co-founded in October 2013, Xavier-Henri has played a pivotal role in supporting over 1000 tech startups within Quebec's ecosystem. Additionally, at Concordia University, an initiative led by Xavier-Henri aims to empower innovators in various fields. Previous roles include President & COO and Vice-President of Business Development at Mechtronix Inc., as well as managerial positions at Oracle and CAE. Xavier-Henri holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from Concordia University.
