Josephine Foy has a long history of customer service and success roles. Josephine began their career in 2012 as a Banquet Server at Nordstrom, before becoming a Style Consultant in 2014. In 2016, they moved on to become a Food and Beverage Attendant at Old Corkscrew Golf Club, LLC. In 2017, they were a Manager in Training at Free People, and in 2018 they were an Assistant Store Manager at PetPeople. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at MassiveU, and in 2022 they moved on to become a Customer Success Manager at Communico LLC and a Customer Success Mentor at Mentorloop.
Josephine Foy obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida SouthWestern State College in 2020. Josephine also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Florida SouthWestern State College in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2021, Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Mentoring Certified from Mentorloop in 2021, and Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in 2021.
