Michael Carleton Jr has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career in 2016 at Tropical Smoothie Café, where they quickly progressed from a crew member to a manager. During their time there, they prepared smoothies and food items, managed inventory, and ensured customer satisfaction.

In 2017, Michael worked as an Operations and Accounting Manager at Earthscapes Painting and Staining. Michael collaborated with the owner to optimize job cost spending, develop job-cost-estimate templates, and increase overall job profitability.

In 2018, Michael joined McGuckin Hardware as a Garden Sales Associate. Michael assisted customers with their gardening needs, provided product information, and sold power tools. Michael later took on the role of Cashier Supervisor, where they managed cashier schedules and provided excellent customer service.

In 2019, Michael became involved with Beta Alpha Psi - Chapter Nu. Michael served as the Treasurer, handling member dues and coordinating virtual meetings. Michael also took on the role of Director of Technology, managing the organization's website and promoting events.
