Esther Lubbersen

Esther Lubbersen is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and management. Currently serving as HR & Facility at Mepal since May 2022, Esther was previously an HR manager at Bolk Transport BV from April 2018 to April 2022, responsible for employee recruitment, assessment, compensation, training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Before that, Esther operated as the owner of Ter Haar & Co. from September 2015 to April 2018, providing HR consultancy and coaching. Esther held various leadership roles at In Person from 2008 to June 2015, including Director of Large Accounts and Regio Manager for Eastern Netherlands. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Kiwi Personeelsdiensten B.V. and holding various roles at Adecco and Timing. Esther is pursuing further education at NCOI University of Applied Sciences since September 2020, and holds degrees from Nyenrode Business University and Schoevers College.
