Char Williams-Cavitt, MBA, MA, currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Program Officer at the Merage Jewish Community Center of Orange County, a role held since September 2018. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Chapman University from November 1999 to August 2018, where positions ranged from AVP of Marketing and Partner Services to Director of Institutional Event Management and Marketing Operations. Char has provided leadership in various capacities, overseeing marketing, communications, public relations, event management, and compliance with legal matters. Educational achievements include multiple degrees from Chapman University, including an MBA in Marketing and two master's degrees in Criminal Justice and English, as well as ongoing studies at Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership.
