Rachael Ripps

Rachael Ripps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and fundraising within Jewish organizations. Currently serving as Chief Advancement Officer at the Merage Jewish Community Center of Orange County since July 2022, Rachael previously held significant roles at AIPAC, including Orange County & Long Beach Director and Donor Relations Manager, where Rachael effectively fostered pro-Israel political activism and managed donor relations. Rachael's background also includes community outreach coordination at the Jewish Museum of Maryland, project coordination for local history initiatives, and positions at various cultural and humanities institutions. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Public Humanities from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Jewish Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
