Inside Merama Labs we are working on creating a BIC business development team that can bring proven successful brands from the digital environment to the physical stores across the LATAM region.

Role for You:

As a KAM for Miind assigned to Miind brands, you will lead, implement and execute what is necessary to drive Offline Growth for a portfolio of over 10 personal care and supplements brands in Offline Channels in Mexico. You will work closely with  network of distributors and direct customers to execute our commercial strategy and rapidly grow distribution throughout the country. Delivering Important KPIs such as: Sell in & Sell out target for key customers, Market share objectives, JBP creation and management and Perfect store Execution.

Main Responsibilities:

Pre Launch
•  Local Comercial Partner selection and Negotiation (Distributor)
•  Early Customer Involvement & Presentations (Retailers)
•  Category Understanding: size, competetion, listing timings, prices.
•  Local Strategy and Forecast Input

Launch
• Listing Process
• Instore Visibility Negotiation
•  Sales force and Promoters Training
• Filling purchase order
• Start of Shipments

Execution
•  Promotional Master Plan Follow up: Fathers day, Xmas, special seasons.
•  Instore Execution: SOS, SOD, pricing
•  Repurchase and Inventory tracking: FR, OOS and service levels
•  Sell out & Market Share Growth

You have these:

  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related.

  • 8 years of experience in Customer Business Development, Sales or Trade Marketing in Personal Care Brands or OTC.

  • 3 years of recent experience managing Retailers as Walmart.

  • Proficient in Excel (Data base, pivot tables).

  • Excellent writing, presenting and communication skills.

  • Availability to travel inside the country.

  • Proactive, hands on and result driven Individual.

We’d love if you also had these:

  • Experience working directly with Big Retail Chains in Mexico: Self Services and Pharma.

  • Experience working with distributors in Mexico.

  • Experience Managing Retail Link for WM.

Where you are located:

Mexico City, with availability to move between house and Office.
