Paul Dhaliwal

Paul Dhaliwal has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Paul began their career in 2004 as Vice President of Sales for Equifirst. In 2008, they became the VP of Admissions for Bryant & Stratton College, where they focused on development of objectives and front line leadership to build value in programs as well as create and maintain relationships with prospective students while meeting enrollment and retention expectations. Paul also launched sales and service call centers and improved existing ones. In 2016, Paul became the Senior Director of Sales for Freedom Financial Network, where they were responsible for leading a sales division of 50 employees and front line leaders offering consolidation loans to clients. Paul grew the team from 18 Loan Consultants to 53 and set a unit record of 2400 loans in one month. In 2019, they moved to ZipRecruiter as a Sales Leader, responsible for leading an existing division of hiring strategists focused on upselling existing SMB accounts utilizing their AI matching platform to get optimal candidates. Paul also focused on training and implementation of sales processes and sales objectives designed to optimize business results. Finally, in 2020, Paul became the Director of Business Development for CENTURION PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD and in 2022, they moved to Meratas as Director of Partnerships.
