Laura Przysiecki

Laura Przysiecki, PHR, CCP, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Laura is currently working at Merative as the Global Head of Talent. Previously, Laura served as a member of IBM Watson Health's human resources team from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Truven Health Analytics, where they served as the VP of Human Resources from 2014 to 2017 and as the Director of Human Resources from 2012 to 2014. Laura also worked at Thomson Reuters as the Director of Human Resources from 2012 to 2012 and as the Senior Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they gained experience at Yazaki North America, where they worked as a Senior Associate Relations Specialist from 2005 to 2010 and as a Senior Compensation Specialist, Compensation/HRIS Coordinator, and Compensation/HRIS Assistant from 2000 to 2005.

Laura Przysiecki, PHR, CCP attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
