Victor Oda

Victor Oda has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and game design. Victor started their career in 2013 as a Software Developer at HSBC, where they worked with the Internet Banking, Mobile, and Token teams, primarily using Java.

In 2015, Victor joined Signum Game Studio as a Gameplay Programmer, contributing to the development of a game called #Buddies. Victor was responsible for programming gameplay elements, including mini-games, tutorials, and UI.

In 2017, Victor joined Ready Makers, Inc. as a Game Developer, creating games using the Ready Maker engine. Victor was hired as a remote freelancer and focused on game design and programming. Victor was later promoted to Game Studio Manager, overseeing the creation of multiple games per week for the company's app, Ready Games. Note that the entire team worked remotely.

In 2021, Victor joined WUZU Trading Solutions as a Front-End Developer, where they worked until 2022. Victor'srole involved developing the front-end of various projects.

Currently, Victor is working as a Front-End Developer at Mercado Bitcoin, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Victor has gained experience in front-end development, game design, and programming, primarily using Java.

Victor Oda completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná between the years 2011 and 2015. Additionally, in 2021, they attended Alura for two shorter education programs. The first one was a Bootcamp JAM Stack, and the second one was an Immersion course in React+Next.js, focusing on Computer Programming, Specific Applications.
