Shikai Jiang

Shikai Jiang is a structural engineer currently employed at Mercado Consultants, Inc. since January 2022, previously working as a civil/structural engineer at Tuhin Basu & Associates, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a structural engineering internship at the Maryland State Highway Administration in 2016, where significant contributions involved determining sizes for cantilever and overhead structures and performing critical checks using SABRE and Spole. Shikai Jiang also completed an internship at the Super Computer Center at Northeastern University in China, focusing on analyzing drawings and joint strengths, and an internship at China Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute, contributing to over 80 civil structure drawings.
