María Franco

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
