Karina Castagna

Karina Castagna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karina started their career at WellPoint, Inc. in 2005, where they worked in corporate strategy until 2008. Karina then joined Bainbridge as a Consulting Group Director from 2011 to 2013. At Amgen, they held various roles from 2013 to 2021, including Access Marketing Director, Patient Access Operations Director, and Sr. Manager in different teams. In 2018, they took on the role of Director on the Board of Directors at FOOD Share of Ventura County. Karina also served as a Member at Chief from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working at OptimizeRx as a Senior Vice President since 2021. Karina is also involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a member of the Advisory Executive Board since 2022 and as the Pacific Regional Chair at Healthcare Businesswomen's Association since 2023. Karina will be joining Mercalis as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy starting from December 2023.

Karina Castagna has a MBA degree in Management & Finance from The Wharton School and holds a B.B.A. in Business and B.A. in Economics from Loyola Marymount University, with a minor in Psychology.
