Lani Clements

Lani Clements has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lani is currently working at Mercana Furniture and Decor as the Senior Director of Operations, a role they have held since April 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Production Operations at the same company from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to joining Mercana, Lani worked at Van Gogh Designs as the Creative Director from July 2020 to November 2021, and as an Executive Assistant from July 2019 to November 2021. Lani also had a brief stint at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an Area Manager for Williams Sonoma Brands from March 2019 to July 2019. Lani's earlier experience includes working at West Elm as a General Manager from May 2015 to July 2019, and at Urban Barn as a Store Manager from April 2011 to May 2015. Their earliest role was as a Catering Manager at Morgan Creek Golf CourseRes from April 2008 to November 2011, where they successfully increased the wedding market and oversaw the training and coaching of service staff. Lani has a strong background in operations and leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales, creating exceptional customer experiences, and managing teams.

Lani Clements completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Simon Fraser University from 2000 to 2004. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Organizational Leadership at Dale Carnegie Training starting in 2023.
