Melisa Alonso Reina

Melisa Alonso Reina is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst at La Mercantil Andina S.A. since May 2021. Previously, Melisa held various roles in the Poder Judicial de la Nación as an Official Expert in the Labor and Civil Courts, and worked for Cencosud S.A. focusing on end-to-end selection processes across multiple business units, as well as at OCASA, where responsibilities included global recruitment and selection across several countries. Earlier experience includes a position as a Coordinator and Psychologist for the Practical Training at the University of Buenos Aires, and roles in recruitment and customer service at Teleperformance. Melisa holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires.
