Erica Cesarz

Erica Cesarz has a diverse work experience. Erica started their career at Mercantile Bank in 2015 as a Risk Asset Portfolio Assistant. Erica then transitioned into the role of Commercial Loan Assistant in 2016. Erica continued to grow within the company and became a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist in 2018, eventually being promoted to Senior Commercial Loan Operations Specialist in 2020.
