Yuhiro C.

Yuhiro C. has a diverse work experience, starting off as a Network Technician at D-Link Canada in 2005 and later at CBIZ Canada in 2007. In 2007, they also joined the team at Indellient Inc. as a Software Consultant and eventually became a Software Development Manager, specializing in UX Engineering. From 2011, Yuhiro worked as a UX Design & Development Consultant, providing advice, wireframes, and coding assistance to multiple companies and start-ups. In 2013, they transitioned to Mercatus Technologies Inc., initially as a Software Developer before progressing to roles including Software Development Manager, UX Director, and currently, Director of Product Design. At Mercatus, Yuhiro led a team of 40 developers, designers, and testers, implemented a user testing program, and championed a user-first approach to product development.

Yuhiro C. attended the University of Guelph from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Computing degree with a minor in Business Administration. Yuhiro has also earned additional certifications, including the Leaders @ Scale Leadership Training Program from Leaders @ Scale and the Bullet Proof Manager certification from Crestcom International, LLC.
