Paula Bettasso

Paula Bettasso has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paula started working at PageNet in 1988 in the role of Account Services. Paula then joined The College of Lake County in 1998 as a Program/Project Coordinator. In 2004, Paula joined Alarms Unlimited, Inc. as the Manager of Enhancement Projects and Business Operations, where they managed and supported corporate and project objectives. After that, they worked at Meridian Health Plan as a Corporate Trainer/Analyst from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, Paula has been working at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, initially as a Dealer Training Analyst (via BlueChip Talent) and later as a Dealer Training Analyst. Currently, they hold the role of Customer Self-service Measurement Strategy Lead at the same company.

Paula Bettasso, MTD obtained a Master's degree in Training and Development from Oakland University, which they completed between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies with a minor in Training and Development from the same university, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Paula also holds an A.A. in Criminal Justice from the College of Lake County. In terms of certifications, they have completed the Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager program offered by Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2023. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2015. Paula also has a Lean SixSigma Yellow Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
