Brian Hessler

Brian Hessler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and customer experience. Currently serving as an Advisor at Mercer since August 2024 and a Mentor at twenty since July 2023, Brian previously held the role of President & CEO at CALA from February 2020 to September 2024, achieving a successful exit. Between January 2013 and January 2022, Brian worked at Beyond Studios, progressing through various positions including Director of Customer Experience and Logistics Manager. Additionally, Brian gained experience at Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center, where key roles included Manager of E-Commerce & Sales Operations and Studio Liaison/Recording Engineer. Brian earned a degree from the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2013.
