For two decades, I have served as a High Performance Executive, Strategic Decision-Maker, and Implementor with proven core strengths in the areas of Operations, Organizational Leadership and Education Leadership. I have extensive experience in developing strong management, evaluating corporate & educational finance, developing & implementing strategic business planning, and growing profitability.

Prior to my time in Higher Education, I was an astute, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives in difficult business environments, integrating multifaceted lines of business domestically and internationally, successfully introducing new products and adapting to/managing rapidly changing market conditions. I spent my days leading cross organizational and cross cultural teams to problem solve complex technical, business, and customer issues.

With more than a decade of successful experience leading multi-campus institutions through domestic and international expansions and large-scale change, I offer a unique and broad set of strengths as a strategic higher education leader. I remained committed to sustaining a student-centered environment dedicated to the intellectual, ethical, civic and cultural development of all students. I am proud that under my guidance a number of institutions have seen vastly improved enrollment, financial stability and capacity, new revenue streams and leaner operations.
