Chelsea Russ

Chelsea Russ is a Senior Government Consultant at Mercer since July 2023, previously serving as a Data Analysis Manager and holding multiple analytic roles at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) from August 2012 to June 2023. Chelsea's expertise includes data analysis for the CMS CAHPS Hospital Survey and extensive experience in utilizing SAS for statistical modeling and outcome evaluation. Earlier positions include an internship at Yale's Emerging Infections Program, focusing on HPV vaccination efficacy, and research assistant roles at the Biodesign Institute and for Lyme disease studies. Chelsea obtained a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University.
