Richard Hughes

Richard Hughes is a seasoned professional in operations and service management, currently serving as the Global Head of Operations & Service Management at DarwinMercer since August 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held multiple leadership positions at Darwin, including Global Head of Application Service and Information Security and Global Head of Application Service. Richard's experience also includes significant contributions at Thomsons Online Benefits as a Technology Service Manager, overseeing service management and operational efficiency for a global SAAS application, along with managing change initiatives in prior roles. Additional experience encompasses planning for AS Watson and operational support at Argos. Richard graduated with a 1st Class degree in Business Studies from the University of Brighton.
