Sandra Golla

Sandra Golla is currently the Manager of HR Transformation at Mercer. Prior to this, they were with Promerit AG for just over 4 years in various roles related to HR Transformation, including Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Before that, they were an intern in Human Resources and Organizational Development at Eckes-Granini and also worked as a working student in reception and ticketing at 1. FSV Mainz 05 e.V.

Sandra Golla has a Master of Arts in Management - Human Resource Management and Controlling from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences. Sandra also has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics - Health and Social Economics from University of Applied Sciences Koblenz. In addition, they have certification from gbok - Gesellschaft für Beratungs- und Organisationskompetenz GmbH in Systemischer Management Coach, Hasso Plattner Institute in Design Thinking, IHK Rheinhessen in Ordinance on Aptitude of Instructors, and borisgloger consulting GmbH in Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
