Shivangi Gupta

Shivangi Gupta is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a Rewards Consultant at Mercer since December 2023, Shivangi previously held the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at Allcargo Logistics Ltd from May 2022 to November 2023. Shivangi's career began at the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur, where serving as Coordinator for the Academic Committee from September 2020 to March 2022 complemented earlier internships, including roles at IMCD Group, NavKiran, Hundred Plus, and QuestCrest Leading India. Prior experience also includes a technical role as an Associate Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from April 2019 to July 2020. Shivangi’s academic background includes a PGP in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur and a degree from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
