Jack “J” Gibson

Jack "J" Gibson has extensive work experience in the technology and IT services industry. Jack “J” is currently working as the Senior Director of Technology Programs and IT Services at MerchantE since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Fiserv on assignment from the Forum Group as a Leader/Product Manager, where they led an agile team and played a key role in cloud transformation for Fiserv's Biller division from July 2020 to January 2021.

Before that, Jack worked at Worldpay, where they held multiple roles. Jack “J” started as a Technical Support Specialist in October 2000 and gained hands-on experience in problem-solving and system modifications. Jack “J” then took on the role of Technical Product Manager, where they developed and executed the technical aspects of product strategy for corporate initiatives. Later, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and improving product quality through analysis and testing. In 2012, they advanced to the role of Business Systems Architect/Business Systems Analyst, driving enterprise strategy through IT service management. Jack “J” further progressed to the role of Technical Delivery Manager in 2017, leading integration efforts after the Vantiv acquisition.
