Cindy Loo

Cindy Loo is an experienced executive with a strong background in payment solutions and sales management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Payment at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd since September 2019, Cindy has previously held significant roles at major financial institutions, including Senior Vice President positions at AmBank Group and HSBC, where responsibilities included managing channels, product implementations, and sales in transaction banking and cash management. Cindy began their career at Johnson & Johnson as an Assistant Sales Manager and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire.
