Toni Salgado

Toni Salgado has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Secretary in the Graduate Affairs Office of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, where they handled various administrative tasks. From 2017 to 2020, Toni worked as a Caregiver for the Ursery Family, providing childcare and engaging in interactive activities with the child. They also briefly worked as a Private Tutor in 2017. Toni then transitioned to the education sector, serving as a Peer/Teaching Assistant in the Education Department, where they provided reports on student performance and graded assignments.

In 2018, Toni joined Media Nation Outdoor as a Recruitment Coordinator, responsible for screening potential hires and assisting with onboarding and employment paperwork. They later took on the role of Staffing & Scheduling Specialist, managing employee scheduling and training incoming employees on company operations.

In 2021, Toni became a Human Resources Coordinator at Wedbush Securities, where they handled various HR tasks, including employee lifecycle management and reception duties. They also collaborated on company projects. Currently, Toni is employed at Merchants Building Maintenance in the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they oversee the full employee lifecycle, conduct audits for compliance, and handle investigations.

Throughout their work experience, Toni has gained skills in employee management, recruitment, onboarding, administration, and childcare.

Toni Salgado received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education/Political Science from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
