Rachel Varley

Rachel Varley is an experienced professional in fleet management and retail, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Registration - Titles at Merchants Fleet since September 2022. In this role, Rachel oversees operational processes for the Title Department and supervises the Title Team's programs and tools. Prior to this position, Rachel held the role of Executive Team Lead Service and Engagement at Target, where expertise in guest service and retail business fundamentals was developed while managing team performance and achieving sales goals. Rachel's diverse experience also includes positions such as Executive Intern at Target, Service Learning Coordinator at The Center for Community Engaged Learning, and roles in customer service and administrative support in various settings. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2021.
