Andy Tyas

Andy joined the group in 2020 as an Investment Manager in the NPIF- Mercia Debt team, and has over 36 years experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking.He is focused on supporting small and medium sized businesses to achieve their future plans and to fulfil their potential. He mainly covers the Sheffield City Region and the wider South Yorkshire towns.

Andy joined NatWest/RBS from school and has worked in a wide variety of roles across all the major towns and cities in South & West Yorkshire. For over 25 years he has been a frontline Relationship Manager working with businesses and their owners, so he understands the challenges faced in both good and tough economic cycles. Andy is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a Diploma in Lending Skills.
