Kieren joined the Property Team after 6 years at HSBC, with the latter 4 years in Corporate Real Estate in Birmingham. With over 7 years in the Property Finance sector dealing with SMEs to Large Corporate Plc’s, he continues to bring considerable knowledge of real estate transactions to FDC. Kieren undertakes the sourcing, due diligence and ongoing monitoring of Property debt transaction for the business and assists with the growth of multiple property funds under management.
