Ben Turnbull

Associate Principal Scientist at Merck

Ben Turnbull is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at Merck since June 2018, Ben has previously held the role of Senior Scientist. Prior to Merck, Ben worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Krische Group at The University of Texas at Austin from January 2017 to May 2018 and gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Queen's University from September 2012 to November 2016. Ben holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from Queen's University and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Northumbria University, awarded in 2012.
