Jianying Xiao

Jianying Xiao has over 30 years of experience in biological research and medical science. At Merck since 2000, Jianying has excelled as a Research Biologist and Scientist, developing and optimizing in-vitro assays and animal models while managing extensive data related to cardiovascular functions and biomarkers. Achievements during this tenure include numerous awards and publications. Prior to Merck, Jianying served as a Research Associate at the State University of New York, focusing on mechanisms of drug inhibition in cancer cells, and as a Physician at Capital University of Medicine Science, where key research on hepatic fibrosis was conducted. Jianying holds a Master’s Degree in Medicine from Capital University and an M.S. in Biological Sciences from the State University of New York.
