Johann Laville

Johann Laville currently serves as Chief Learning Officer at Merck since January 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor in Human Resource Development at the University of Houston since January 2023. Previously, Johann held significant roles at Comcast, including Vice President of Learning Portfolio Strategy and Vice President of Sales Strategy from August 2017 to January 2021. Prior to Comcast, Johann spent nearly two decades at Motorola Solutions in multiple leadership positions, ultimately as Head of Global Learning, where a focus on innovative managed learning services led to the establishment of a successful profit center. Johann holds an Executive Certificate from Northwestern University, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a B.S.E.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
