Kelsey Poremba

Kelsey Poremba is a Senior Scientist at Merck since August 2019, specializing in innovative research within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Researcher at Caltech from August 2014 to June 2019, where Kelsey earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry. Kelsey also gained experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the College of the Holy Cross from June 2012 to May 2014, focusing on diastereoselective alkylation reactions for peptide isosteres under Prof. Bianca Sculimbrene. Additionally, Kelsey was an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for courses in Quantum Mechanics, Spectroscopy, and Analytical Chemistry during the academic years 2013 and 2014. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with Honors from the College of the Holy Cross.
