Carmen Indiana Ruiz Guerrero

Carmen Indiana Ruiz Guerrero has extensive experience in treasury and financial roles. Carmen Indiana currently holds the position of Head of Operational Treasury at Mercon Coffee Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Treasurer at Aceitera El Real, S.A. from June 2022 to April 2023. Carmen previously held multiple roles at Mercon Coffee Group from 2017 to 2022, including Operational Treasurer and Temporary Financial Controller. Carmen Indiana also has experience at Grupo Pantaleon, where they served as Coordinador de Tesorería, Lider del Módulo de Tesorería en Implementación de Sistema Financiero y Contable SAP, and Auxiliar de Tesorería. Before joining Grupo Pantaleon, Carmen completed a Programa de Pasantías at Banpro Nicaragua, gaining experience in credit presentation, financial analysis, and credit file management.

From 1998 to 2003, they attended Mercantil de Occidente, where they obtained a Técnico Medio degree in Contabilidad.

In 2004, they enrolled in UNAN León and completed a Licenciatura degree in Economía, which they finished in 2008.

In 2011, Carmen attended Tecnológico de Monterrey for a short period, completing a Diplomado in Finanzas Avanzadas.

Between 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Programa Profesional Avanzado en Gestión Financiera at Universidad Centroamericana, Managua.

Currently, Carmen Indiana Ruiz Guerrero is studying at EADA Business School and will be completing their Master's degree in Accounting and Finance by 2024.
