Indu Gupta

Indu Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Indu has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their adaptability and strong skill set. Indu began their career in 2000 at TCS e-Serve International Ltd., where they excelled as a Sr. Associate in the Financial Control department. Indu managed the Vendor management office and ensured complete documentation and process approvals for vendor appointments, renewals, and terminations. Indu also handled legal compliance and expenses processing during their time at TCS. In 2003, they joined FIS as a Team Leader and demonstrated their leadership capabilities until 2006. Indu then moved on to RBS, where they served as a Manager, leading a team of ten associates in the credit cards division. Indu successfully reduced customer response turnaround time from 15 days to 7 days. Indu then joined Citi in 2015 as a Derivatives Analyst, overseeing various aspects of the eConfirm process and collaborating with different departments to resolve discrepancies. Their role also involved generating and reviewing standard form confirmations for transactions. Currently, Indu works as a Senior Contract Specialist at Mercuria, a position they began in 2023.

Indu Gupta's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Indu also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In addition, they obtained a certification in Corporate Governance from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Their earlier education was completed at Manav Sthali School, where they studied commerce. Indu also holds a certification in BS7799, which was obtained in May 2005.
