Bilawal Khan Jadoon

Bilawal Khan Jadoon began their work experience in 2021 at Codematics Inc., where they worked as an Android Developer from January 2021 to March 2021 and later as a Game Developer from March 2021 to October 2021. In 2022, they joined Mercurial Minds as a Network Operations Center employee from July 2022 to November 2022. Currently, Bilawal holds the position of System Engineer at Mercurial Minds, starting in November 2022. In this role, they investigate and resolves technical issues, provides level 2 technical support, performs root cause analysis for production errors, builds tools to improve customer experience, and develops software to integrate with internal back-end systems. Additionally, Bilawal possesses skills and knowledge in automating the DevOps pipeline, including application performance monitoring, CI/CD cycles, infrastructure, and configuration management.

Bilawal Khan Jadoon completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from COMSATS University Islamabad. Bilawal Khan attended the university from 2016 to 2020.

Bilawal Khan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Sino-Pak Center for Artificial Intelligence (SPCAI) Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST), starting from 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Bilawal has obtained various certifications. Bilawal Khan became a Graphic Designer through CyberVision, Inc. in September 2021. Bilawal Khan also completed the Network Defence And Cyber Operation program from the NCTP Program in September 2021. Bilawal participated in the Networking Academy Learn-A-Thon 2022 organized by Cisco and received a certification in May 2021. Bilawal Khan acquired an understanding of Cisco Network Devices through a certification from Cisco in February 2020. Bilawal Khan also completed the HCIA Security and HCIA certifications from Huawei in September 2020.

Bilawal has additional certifications in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions from The Microsoft Azure, Introduction to cybersecurity from Cisco Networking Academy, and Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from SoloLearn.
