Noel Scales began their work experience in 2012 as a Workshop Facilitator at Zayed University, where they participated in a fellowship and developed a workshop to implement spoken word into English curriculums. Noel also taught vocabulary exercises and acted as an ambassador for LOUD Incorporated. In 2013, they worked as a Voice Over Specialist- Copywriter at hibu, where they wrote copy for voice-over scripts and recorded voice-overs for online video commercials. In 2014, they became an Events Coordinator at Youth Speaks, where they helped plan a four-day festival and served as a liaison for youth attendees. Most recently, they worked as a Media Coordinator at Mercury Media starting in 2017, where they processed requests from the media department, assisted in the implementation of DRTV tests and campaigns, and reconciled daily data feeds.
Noel Scales attended Girard Academic Music Program from 2005 to 2009 for an unspecified degree and field of study. Later, from 2009 to 2013, Noel Scales pursued a High School Diploma and a BTMM degree in Broadcasting and Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University.
