Eric Hagarty

Eric Hagarty has a strong background in government and politics. Eric most recently served as the Managing Director at Mercury Public Affairs. Prior to that, they held the position of Secretary of Education for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, overseeing various educational institutions and representing the administration in public appearances. Eric also worked as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Office of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, where they managed teams and provided advice on important issues. Eric has experience in the Department of Community & Economic Development and has served as Chief of Staff. Additionally, they worked as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Tom Wolf's gubernatorial campaign and held various roles in local government and political campaigns.

Eric Hagarty attended Lake Stevens High School from 2002 to 2006. After graduating from high school, they pursued higher education at the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Political Science.

In 2022, Eric Hagarty also obtained a certification as a TreeVitalize Tree Tender from Penn State University.

Looking ahead, they plan to enroll in the University of Pittsburgh from 2023 to 2025 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. No specific field of study is provided for their MBA program.
