Addie Williams

Addie Williams, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Addie began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Knight Transportation in 2012 and later transitioned to the role of Benefits Administrator. In 2015, they joined Bechtel Corporation and served as an HR Employee Service Center Representative before being promoted to HR Employee Service Center Lead. Addie then became an HR Business Partner-Engineering, where they collaborated with the engineering team. In 2019, Addie joined Mercury Systems as a Senior Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to the role of Principal HR Business Partner in 2022.

Addie Williams, SPHR, earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Addie attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2007 to 2009. In April 2020, Addie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
