Ansgar Rudloff

Ansgar Rudloff, LL.M., CCEP-I has extensive work experience in various roles related to trade compliance, contracts, and team leadership.

Ansgar currently serves as the Head of International Trade Compliance at Mercury Systems, where they oversee the trade compliance program across multiple countries and leads a strategy for optimizing compliance.

Prior to this, they worked as an Export Compliance Manager at Airbus Defence and Space and as a Trade Compliance Officer at Boeing.

Ansgar also has experience as a Compliance Officer at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, where they supported the development of trade compliance processes and procedures.

Before their roles in trade compliance, Ansgar worked as a Contracts Officer at Boeing, where they drafted and negotiated complex contracts.

Ansgar'searlier experience includes working as a Team Leader in Stock Control at Tesco PLC and serving in the Human Resources department of the Bundeswehr during their military service.

Ansgar Rudloff, LL.M., CCEP-I completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Global Corporate Compliance at IE University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universität Trier from 2009 to 2010 and another Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of East London from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ansgar has obtained certifications in various areas, including Export Control Training for Experts from Wiggin and Dana LLP and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I) designation from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Ansgar has also completed a Distance Learning Course in Export Controls from AWA AUSSENWIRTSCHAFTS-AKADEMIE GmbH. Ansgar has recently acquired a Certificate in US Corporate Law and Governance from New York University School of Law in 2021.
