Ansgar Rudloff, LL.M., CCEP-I has extensive work experience in various roles related to trade compliance, contracts, and team leadership.

Ansgar currently serves as the Head of International Trade Compliance at Mercury Systems, where they oversee the trade compliance program across multiple countries and leads a strategy for optimizing compliance.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universität Trier from 2009 to 2010 and another Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of East London from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ansgar has obtained certifications in various areas, including Export Control Training for Experts from Wiggin and Dana LLP and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I) designation from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Ansgar has also completed a Distance Learning Course in Export Controls from AWA AUSSENWIRTSCHAFTS-AKADEMIE GmbH. Ansgar has recently acquired a Certificate in US Corporate Law and Governance from New York University School of Law in 2021.
