Gregory Swick has extensive experience in program and project management across various industries, primarily focusing on electronic warfare (EW) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Currently semi-retired since October 2017, Gregory has been a Senior Program Manager at Mercury Computer Systems since August 2011, managing the delivery of application-ready subsystems. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at BAE Systems, where responsibility included capturing and executing ISR and EW programs, and Product Manager at Genuity Networks, overseeing DSL business development for major providers. Gregory's career also includes significant leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, Loral Advanced Distributed Simulation, BBN Technologies, EDO, and E-Systems, where contributions ranged from organizational development post-merger to delivering complex software and electronic systems to international clients. Gregory holds an Executive Program Management degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a BA in Government from Miami University, and an MBA in Finance from Westminster College of SLC.
