P.j. Desrosiers

P.J. Desrosiers has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, P.J. became an inventor and entrepreneur, creating AimPro Golf, a patented alignment ball marker for golfers. From 2010 to 2013, P.J. worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant for SpatialInfo. P.J. then held roles as a Senior Contract Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant for companies such as tw telecom and Arrow Electronics. From 2015 to 2016, P.J. worked as a Senior Contract Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant for Lockheed Martin. In 2016, P.J. became a Regional Sales Manager for EmeraldCube Solutions. P.J. later joined L3Harris Technologies as Lead, Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2020. P.J.'s most recent role is as a Senior Technical Recruiter for VulcanForms Inc. since 2021. Starting in October 2022, P.J. will become the Principal Talent Attraction Partner at Mercury Systems.

P.J. Desrosiers holds a B.A in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they have obtained certification as an AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services in 2016.
